You can pay in person at one of our three office locations (605 W 3rd St in Moscow, 1105 Warner in Lewiston or 1911 Myrtle in Moscow), mail a check or money order to your local office, or pay through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit or ACH bank withdrawal. The kiosk is available for 24-hour payments (applies only to 1911 Myrtle St and 1105 Warner ave, not available at 3rd St or other locations). We also accept in-person cash payments at our three offices or money orders and checks dropped at our drop boxes, with boxes available at both offices. Cash can only be used in person. It is NOT allowed in our drop boxes.
Our main office is located at 1911 Myrtle Street in Moscow, Idaho. These office hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We also have an office in Lewiston, Idaho, at 1105 Warner Avenue, with office hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. Please note that some locations may not have an office on-site. Our 3rd St location in Moscow is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 AM. Office hours can vary by location, so it is recommended to check with your local facility before visiting.
Gate hours are from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week. You can move into your unit any day between these hours without a manager present. Select locations offer 24-hour access.
Once the lease has been e-signed, the gate code and unit number will be sent in our “lease summary.”
Yes, the first month’s rent is pro-rated, but last month’s rent is not; if you are not out by the first of the month, the rented space is yours for the month.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. On the 6th, you will be locked out of the gate. On the 10th, your rental is overlocked and assessed a $15 fee; on the 20th, an additional $20 late fee is assessed.
You will need to purchase or provide your own lock. We recommend disc locks, which are available for purchase in our three office locations or from our two kiosks.
Gate codes must be followed by the # key, except at the Palouse River Drive facility, where the gates are secured with combination locks.
You are either at the wrong facility, have not paid your bill, or are trying to enter your unit PRIOR to the start date you chose.

Sales cannot be conducted from your rental to ensure a secure environment.
All move-outs require 10 days’ notice. We have forms outside each office that can be dropped in the drop box, or you can fill out the online move-out form and submit it to us online.
Yes, all rooms must be broom-swept clean before move-out will be processed. Any trash left behind will be considered a violation of the lease, and the tenant will be invoiced for all fees related to the removal of items.
